  1. Paket sudah kami kemas seaman mungkin dan dikirim dlm kondisi baik, kerusakan setelah melalui ekspedisi dan paket yg tdk sampai (akibat kesalahan customer karena tdk menuliskan alamat secara lengkap saat check out order) ataupun hilang sudah bukan menjadi tanggung jawab kami. Bila khawatir, bisa menambahkan bubble wrap utk produk yang dibeli.
  2. Selain barang yang disegel pabrik, semua barang sebelum dikirim akan kami cek dahulu agar pelanggan tidak direpotkan untuk retur. Untuk kerusakkan yang terjadi pada pengiriman akan ditanggung oleh pembeli sehingga untuk barang-barang yg mudah rusak (fragile) sangat disarankan untuk menambahkan bubble wrap sebagai tambahan keamanan (kecuali sudah ditulis bahwa produk tersebut sudah termasuk bubble wrap).
  3. RETUR hanya kami terima apabila kesalahan kami. Pembeli wajib memberitahukan kepada kami paling lambat 2×24 jam setelah paket sampai di tujuan, selebihnya kami tdk menerima retur dgn alasan apapun. RETUR harus disertai dengan bukti foto produk yang salah/rusak di dalam kemasan, tanpa dilepas dari plastik laminasi pengaman sticker. Segala Biaya yang akan timbul dalam proses pengembalian dan pengiriman ulang produk menjadi tanggungan pembeli.
  4. Claim RETUR otomatis hangus bila produk sticker sudah dicoba untuk ditempelkan dengan alasan apapun. Karena sticker kami semua hanya untuk 1x pemakaian dan dengan sudah dicoba untuk ditempelkan maka foto tidak akan diketahui sticker rusak karena kelalaian pemasangan atau karena memang rusak dalam pengiriman dan sebagainya.
  5. Mohon menggunakan bahasa yang sopan. Pembeli yang menggunakan bahasa tidak sopan (spt makian, marah-marah dsb) tidak akan kami tanggapi dan transaksi dari pembeli yang tidak sopan tidak akan kami proses.
  6. Khusus untuk barang custom print (Printed sticker, casing, mug dsb) hasil cetak akhir sangat bergantung kepada foto/gambar awal yang dikirim pembeli. Kami sarankan minimal resolusi gambar Full HD (1920 * 1080 pixel) atau ukuran file harus diatas 100 kb. Semakin besar gambar asli, semakin bagus dan tajam hasil cetak. Untuk foto/gambar yang kecil tetap dapat di proses tetapi tidak bisa complain bila hasil cetak kurang tajam.
  7. Untuk hasil Print barang custom (printed sticker, hardcase, softcase UV dst). Hasil background warna gelap akan selalu lebih bagus drpd hasil Background warna cerah (putih, biru muda, hijau muda dsb). Bila tetap mau warna cerah bisa, akan tetapi ada kemungkinan detail gambar yg tidak tercetak krn terlalu Soft warnanya. Dan bila tidak tercetak, tidak bisa complain krn sudah di info sebelumnya di catatan ini.
  8. Hasil custom print tidak bisa 100% sama persis seperti gambar yg dikirimkan, khususnya dalam hal tingkat kecerahan gambar (brightness) dikarenakan setiap layar (laptop, HP, tablet dan Gadget) yang digunakan dalam melihat gambar tersebut tentu berbeda-beda setting nya dan kami tidak mungkin menyamakan 100% brightness setiap gadget yang digunakan pembeli. Mohon harap bisa memaklumi.
  9. Utk custom sticker bisa dipesan dengan mengirimkan gambar vector (cth: adobe illustrator, corel draw, svg, dll) ke email cs@dylanmichaelshop.com dan di diskusikan harganya. Untuk yang tidak ada file vector (hanya ada file JPG, PNG, GIF, dll) bisa kirimkan kepada kami dan nanti akan di cek apakah bisa diubah menjadi vector dan berapa biaya jasanya.
  10. Untuk custom order atau sticker yang ada beberapa pilihan, barang akan dikirim RANDOM sesuai stock yang ada bila pembeli tidak mencantumkan pilihan atau mengikuti format order yang ada. Hal ini termasuk sticker happy family dan berlaku juga untuk semua produk yang ada pilihan model, warna, jenis dsb. Harap maklum karena kami tidak mungkin bisa mengetahui keinginan pembeli tanpa ada pilihan yg diinginkan dicantumkan dlm order Anda.
  11. Harap baca deskripsi iklan dgn baik. Segala kelalaian pembeli dalam membaca deskripsi iklan tidak bisa komplain ke kami.

ORDERS

You can order any of our products as long as they are still available. Products in high demand may sell out really quickly, so please note that items in your shopping bag are not reserved – you have to check out to make sure you purchase the product.

You cannot add more items to your shopping bag ONCE you check out. We cannot modify/add products for you; you have to reorder again to make a purchase if you do not want to pay double shipping fees.

You cannot reserve any product to us. We have the rights not giving you reservations.

PRICING POLICY

Prices shown on our web store are in Indonesian Rupiahs (IDR). Prices may change if there are some conditions happen to us.

Customers purchasing from other countries can pay via Bank transfer in Indonesian Rupiahs. However, we urge customers from overseas to pay in US$ via PayPal if possible. We have our own currencies for US$ and customers have no rights to change the currency exchange since we have calculated our loss when cashing US$ to our currency. Any custom and tax costs will be invoiced to you directly from DHL. We recommend you contact your local customs for more details.

ORDER PROCESSING

We reserve the right not to process your order if we are unable to validate your payment due to reasons such as different account’s personal name or incomplete payment. We also reserve a right not to process your order if product in condition of out of stock and somehow the system fails/errors. We will refund your payment completely.

PAYMENT

Payment can be made via bank transfer with 2 options: Bank Central Asia (BCA) or Mandiri. You have to confirm (ONLY Via web store) to validate your purchase. More info about payment confirmation you can click “Payment Comfirmation” Menu at bottom right of our web store.

Other means of Payment (for International Customer Only) are by PayPal and Western Union. For more details about them, please contact us.

RETURNS POLICY

1.You should email us within 3 days after you receive the product. Please provide information why you want to return the product.

2.We will response to your email and ONLY after you get the email response you can return the product and we will give you the designated address (Bandung).

3.You will then have 7 days beginning after you receive our email response to send it back. Products have to be remained unused and keep all the tags and packing with them.

4.If after 7 days the goods are not received by us, we have authority to refund your purchase as Store Credit valid for 2 months. Exceptions can be made if the goods cannot be received because of the shipping company’s or our fault.

5. All Sale items are final, they cannot be exchanged or returned.

If the product you returned is sold out and we can’t replace it with new one, we will refund your money via Bank Transfers for domestic customers or PayPal for international customers. We also are not responsible in taxes and duties charged for international customers.

REFUND

Your refund will be transferred to your bank account which you have to provide with your complete name and details. Refund will include shipping costs. For international customers, , please contact your local customs for more details for tax and custom refund.

 

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Items should be returned new, unused, unwashed (we will notice it) and with all garment tags (if available) still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

We have tried our best to give the most accurate colors in the computer screen. But due to different monitor display, the colors may appear differently.
